Privacy notice
Last updated 14 October 2026
This notice explains how Sigmatak Ltd (“we”) handles personal data collected through this website, allypipe.com. It does not cover data that customers hold in their own AllyPipe CRM; that is set out in the customer terms.
Who we are
Sigmatak Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, builds and runs AllyPipe and is the data controller for this website. For privacy questions, contact [privacy email to be added].
What we collect
When you send the “Request access” form, we receive your company name, your name, your work email, and, if you give them, your job title, country, how your company sells and your message.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and, if we agree to proceed, to set up your company’s AllyPipe account. This is a step you have asked us to take before any contract.
- To keep a record of requests, which is in our legitimate interest in running the service.
We will not add you to marketing lists or share your details with partners or other customers.
Who handles it for us
- Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States; we rely on the safeguards described in its privacy policy for transfers outside the UK.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. If website statistics are switched on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
If we don’t go ahead with an account, we delete your request within 12 months. If we do, your details become part of the customer relationship and are kept under the customer terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by contacting us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
